Step by Step guide to place your order:

 Choose your items. You can choose by Categories or by Occasion. Click here to view all categories.

 Click the BUY Button of the item you have chosen. You can set how many pieces you like to order by changing the value of the quantity field.

 The next page is your shopping cart items. This shows what are the items in your cart.
* Click Shop More! Button if you want to add other items.
* Click Recalculate Button if you want to alter the quantity of your items.
* Click the Remove Button beside the item if you like to remove it in cart.
* Click the Continue Button to go on the next step.

 For new customer fill out the Sender's Form and Delivery Form then choose the Date of Delivery and type your message for the card. For returning customer click the Login link and on the next page enter your Email and Password then click the Login Button and it will return your to the forms all you have to do is to fill out only those blank fields. After filling all required fields click the Continue Button. 
NOTE:
* The defaul password is: phgifts but if you have set your own password and you want to retireve it click the Forgot your Passwod? link and we will send it to your email.
* If required fields are left blank it will return you on the same page and will not let you go to the next page. Read the error it will display and make the necessary corrections then click again the Continue Button.
* Enter your Discount Coupon name if you have any but leave it blank if you don't have then click the Continue Button.
* Limit your message on card not more than 200 character including spaces.

Click the Continue Button to Save your order and go to the next step or click the Cancel Button if you wish to cancel your order.You can review your order before saving it just clcik the Click here to review your order link then click the Back Button to return in the previous page.
NOTE:
* To edit the Sender's or Delivery form and message on card or change the Date of Delivery click the Checkout link on the orange bar then Click the Continue Button then edit the fields you wish to edit then click again the Continue Button.

 The next step is the Payment Options. Choose the payment option you like by clicking the Continue Button under that payment option table.
* You can buy from 2CHECKOUT.COM
* You can pay using your PAYPAL
* You can pay by Money transfer through Western Union or Bank

2CHECKOUT.COM
If you choose to pay through credit card you will be redirected and buy from www.2checkout.com. In the Order Details you can choose your currency by clicking the flag then click the Save and Checkout Button to go next page the Payment Options then click Continue Button the next page is Billing Information fill out all the fields then click the Complete Order Now Button wait while your payment is processing do not click anything once transaction is accepted it will display a message then you must click the Continue Button to return to PHGifts.com and see the THANK YOU PAGE this serve as your receipt you can either print or save it. If your transaction is not successful it will return you to PHGifts.com Payment Options and you must try again or choose another paymen option.
Western Union or Bank Transfer:
If you choose Pay using Western Union/Bank Transfer the next page is the THANK YOU PAGE you can print or save this page. You have to go to the nearest Western Union branch or bank in your place and send the total amount of your order to the authorized person of PHGifts.com. How will I know if you received my order?

You will received two emails from Phgifts.com and 2checkout.com if you choose to buy from 2CHECKOUT.COM. For Western Union or Bank Transfer you will received one confirmation email from Phgifts.com. If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or with a personal telephone call. Make sure that you have provided as your correct email address.
